Bertrand Rambaud

Bertrand Rambaud joined the SIPAREX Group in 1991 as Investment Director. In 2002, he was appointed Director of IFMIS, the management company of the group SIPAREX after being in the meantime Partner in the "Transactions Services" department at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (1997-2002). In 2005 he became one of the Managing Directors responsible for the activity of Capital Development / LBO of Sigefi. In July 2009, he was appointed Chairman of the Group SIPAREX.

Bertrand Rambaud serves on several Boards of Directors including those of Babeau Seguin, Gérard Perrier Industry (listed company), Lacroix packaging and Moria. He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Solice and Sogexi.
