Alexia joined Mérieux Equity Partners in September 2025.
Prior to joining, she worked in M&A at Edmond de Rothschild within the Healthcare team, and most recently spent three years at Lauxera Capital Partners, a growth and growth-buyout fund specialized in Healthtech, supporting European companies in scaling up in the US market.
There, she focused primarly on medtech, notably working on OrganOx (exit to Terumo) and Natural Cycles.
Alexia is French-American and holds a Master’s degree in Management from emlyon business school.
