Created in 2018, Neurinnov is developing implantable neurostimulation solutions that enable patients living with complete tetraplegia to regain upper limb autonomy. The company aims to create the first device that induces "sélective" activation of targeted muscles by steering electrical currents through one or a set of nerves. The goal is to allow patients to recover the functional use of one hand, enabling them to perform everyday activities such as grasping an object or eating with a fork. In the future, this neurostimulation technology has the potential to selectively activate any nerve target, offering potential treatments for a variety of pathologies and deficiencies.
