Mérieux Equity Partners (“MxEP”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a majority stake in Curea Medical (“the Company” or “Curea”), a carve-out from McAirlaid’s, through its Buyout fund, Mérieux Participations 4 (“MP4”).
