Mérieux Equity Partners is pleased to announce that, as part of the renewal of the shareholding structure of Ceva Santé Animale, Mérieux Participations 3 has sold its minority stake in the company. The successor fund, Mérieux Participations 4, has also participated in the transaction, making a new minority investment in the company.
